About Novak

Originally opened in 2018 by two friends, Sotiris and Gaby, Novak Athens Towers quickly became one of Athens most-popular and well-loved restaurants.

Novak , situated in the heart of Athens on the ground floor of a two building complex called Athens Towers.

Athens Tower 1 is 103 m and 28 storeys high and is the tallest building in country, while Athens Tower 2 has 15 storeys and a height of 65 m.

Open from lunch until late, discover a place which blends industrial grit with modern Art deco flair.While an outdoor terrace is perfect for aperitivo, the best seats in the house are inside: upholstered couches and chairs in emerald green and deep orange velvet are cosy settings for guests to ensconce themselves.

Combining a blend of mediterranean and international cuisine.From Japanese starters and freshest raw seafood to carefully sourced grilled meats and ﬁsh our chefs use both traditional and cutting-edge techniques along with seasonal and fresh ingredients to transport you to all over the world.

Sunday Brunch jazz performances will entertain you in the main restaurant. whilst Thursday to Saturday our resident DJ play popular sounds in our Bar & Lounge.
